Hostage Taking / Miss Universe
DO NOT generalize the Filipino people.
The mistake of one is not the mistake of all.
Philippines is a beautiful country with an ugly set of government people.
DO NOT associate or attach any other issues with the hostage taking / kidnapping / killing incident.
YES! The POLICEMEN were POORLY trained.
I wanna say this: "Hope we all learn from that incident"
but NO they NEVER learned.
ON THE OTHER HAND
Ms. Venus Raj
just proved all her haters WRONG.
She made it to the TOP 5 of the Ms. Universe 2010.
I'm happy and proud of her.
She somehow swept all the dark clouds aside.
I'M STILL PROUD TO BE A FILIPINO :)
