Tell me when does a leader become irrational? becomes unfair? becomes misjudging?

Tell me what do they have to prioritize?  Is it the things which bothers his members/colleagues/subordinates?  or is it the things that he needs to improve/beautify?

Tell me when to answer them back... when to slap a word on their face...

Tell me... if you said 'sorry' for a mistake you've done and they didn't reply back, do you deserve it?

Here's a little something... One person (who was also a leader) saw the other leader then started saying stuffs like "you go do this, you go do that".

Tell me, you yourself is a leader, why don't you use you leader status to do such stuffs.  You yourself rarely even do that then you just come strong on me and say such stuffs?  I'm telling you, you don't deserve to be respected.

It's right to honestly tell one subordinate his/her mistakes, but be rational and pls make a connection.
